What are the standard delivery charges within Pakistan?
We offer free shipping on all orders above PKR 2,000. For orders below this amount, a standard flat shipping fee of PKR 200 is applied nationwide.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days for major cities and 5 to 7 working days for remote areas. During sale events, delivery may take up to 10 working days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can exchange any unused item within 15 days of purchase, provided it has the original tags and receipt. Please note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as online payments via Credit/Debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and popular mobile wallets like EasyPaisa and JazzCash.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to see the real-time status of your shipment.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, edenrobe ships globally. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination country and the weight of the parcel. Customs duties, if applicable, are to be paid by the customer.
